Barbara Thomas, Lady Judge, CBE is an American lawyer and business woman who has worked professionally in America, Asia and Europe. She is a dual citizen of the UK and US. Lady Judge is Chairman Emeritus of the UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA), Chairman of the Pension Protection Fund, and UK Business Ambassador on behalf of UK Trade and Investment. In 2010, Lady Judge was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in the 2010 Queen’s Birthday Honours for services to the nuclear and financial services industries.
